Claim your e-voucher after purchasing a Ledger Flex ($70 in BTC) or a Stax ($80 in BTC)

The information below applies to all our webshops. These are shop.btcdirect.eu, cryptomaan.nl, cryptomaan.de en cryptomaan.eu.

Buy a Ledger Flex or Ledger Stax between Thursday, November 20 2025, and Sunday, December 21 2025, and receive a free BTC e-voucher from Ledger via HE&LO.

The voucher is worth $70 in Bitcoin with the purchase of a Flex (valid for all colours).
The voucher is worth $80 in Bitcoin with the purchase of a Stax.

To claim the e-voucher, you must register after purchase via cryptopromotion.ledger.com. After your application is completed there, you can redeem your voucher in Ledger Live via "Redeem my voucher" (read the explanation on ledger.com/how-to-redeem).

Below is a detailed explanation of the steps to follow. At the bottom of this page, you can also consult Ledger's explanation PDF.

Step 1: Purchase a Ledger Flex or Ledger Stax

Make the purchase during the period from November 20 up to and including December 21, 2025, and keep the receipt. The purchase can be made at shop.btcdirect.eu, cryptomaan.nl, cryptomaan.de en cryptomaan.eu. Keep the receipt: you can print the order confirmation as a PDF. If this is not possible, email shop@btcdirect.eu or hallo@cryptomaan.nl, and we will email it to you as a PDF.

Step 2: Log in to the website cryptopromotion.ledger.com

Registration is required here. The necessary details are:

Last Name
Email Address

Step 3: Fill out the participation form

The necessary details are:

Date of purchase
Name of product (select the Flex or Stax)
Name of the reseller (select "BTC Direct - Netherlands" in our case, even if you ordered on Cryptomaan)
Serial number of the product (this is found on the product packaging)

Step 4: Upload a photo

The photo must include the following:

The purchase receipt (see step 1)
The original barcode (EAN number)
The original serial number of the product (is on the product packaging)

Step 5: Confirm registration

A summary of your registration will be sent to your email address. Check your spam box if you do not receive anything.

Step 6: Wait for the voucher code

If your application meets all the conditions of the offer, you will receive a voucher code with which you can claim your $70 in Bitcoin in the case of the Ledger Flex and $80 in Bitcoin for the purchase of a Ledger Stax via Ledger Wallet/Live.

Step 7: Redeem your voucher code

Once you have received the voucher code via email, you can claim your reward, see explanation ledger.com/how-to-redeem.
