Advantages of the Ledger Flex

• Large Gorilla Glass touchscreen display: This is the biggest advantage of the Ledger Flex. The large touchscreen gives you much more visibility during transactions. It is therefore much more user-friendly than the Nano S Plus or Nano X. Since the screen is made of Gorilla Glass, it is also very strong and scratch-resistant.
• Supports many cryptocurrencies: Ledger hardware wallets are known for supporting a wide range of cryptocurrencies and tokens. The Ledger Flex supports the same cryptocurrencies and tokens as the Stax, Nano X, and Nano S Plus.
• Has Bluetooth and a battery: This allows you to use the Flex anywhere with your iOS or Android phone. The battery lasts about 10 hours or 150 transactions.
• Can also be used with PC: Despite the Bluetooth capability, you can also connect the Flex to your Linux, Windows, or macOS computer via a USB cable.
• Ledger Live: The Flex works with Ledger's app: Ledger Live. This app also offers many extra features, such as buying, selling, and staking directly from the app.

Disadvantages of the Ledger Flex

• Higher price: At a price of 249 euros, this wallet is in the higher-end segment of hardware wallets. This price may not be suitable for everyone looking for a hardware wallet. If that’s the case, you can also consider the Nano S Plus or Nano X.

Who is the Ledger Flex suitable for?

We recommend the Ledger Flex to people who want to use their wallet:

• Weekly to monthly. The higher price is justified by the increased ease of use.
• With an iOS or Android phone and/or a Windows, macOS, or Linux computer.

Do you want to use your Ledger on a daily or weekly basis? Then we recommend the Ledger Stax. The Stax is more expensive but features a larger screen, more options for customization, and wireless charging.
